Hi I'm Annie
I teach Vinyasa, Slow Flow, power flow Yoga, Yoga core strength and Mat Pilates. Within my yoga classes i also touch on a series of Ashtanga Yoga and teaching Inversions for beginner to a higher level.
I look forward to seeing you Wednesday 6pm, Thursday 6pm and Saturday 8am & 9am.
I love teaching yoga and Pilates because - They said, "find a job you enjoy doing and you will never have to work a day in your life" And I found a “Yoga teacher” So when i am going to the studio, I am not going to work, I am going to see my friends to have fun, to learn and to share good vibes.
Some non yoga and Pilates facts about me - I love Running, walking, hiking and cooking.
