If you’re interested in preventing low back & postural aches and pains, preventing running injuries and improving running efficiency and overall full body strength and stability then you best get yourself to Studio Torus’ combined core strength and barre Pilates class.
Technique and control are priority as we utilise the barre, various pieces of Pilates equipment and our own body weight to target and isolate deep core muscles, low back, legs, hip stabilisers and posture in this dynamic and fun class.
Each movement can be modified for this strength class for attendees of all abilities. For a fun challenge, we invite you to stretch and strengthen the body with us – no dance experience required!
