Group personal training

The benefits of strength training are well documented. Regular strength training slows the natural aging process; increased lean muscle mass increases our metabolism; reduces our risk of lifestyle diseases; increases our energy and let’s face it, having a stronger body makes life easier because everyday tasks require less effort. A stronger body = a more resilient mind.

A 45 minute session, combining strength and resistance exercises with short bursts of cardio aimed to give you a powerful dose of fitness and strength.

We also make sure there is some flexibility and mobility exercises incorporated as an antidote to stiff bodies from our sedentary work days.

Small group size so you will not be lost in a crowd, yet you will feel social and supported in this fun exercise setting.

Life is busy and this is the perfect way to get the hard work done quickly, feel energised to go about the rest of your day. 

These classes are suitable for pre and post-natal members.

PERSONAL TRAINING

A limited number of times are available for private sessions. Please contact us directly for more information.

Our 1:1 sessions can be tailored individually to include strength, yoga, pilates, rehabilitation, movement as therapy.

Some of our teachers are experienced in working with special population clients suffering various health conditions and disabilities, including neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s and MS; chronic pain conditions and mental illnesses.
