Hi I'm Meg, I teach Matwork Pilates, Barre, reformer, yoga & dance!

I hope to meet you bright and early Tuesday mornings for 6.10am Mat Pilates followed by 7am Core strength & Barre.

All things ‘mindful movement’ is a huge passion of mine and has been for a long time, it’s been a massive part of my self- love healing journey and I love being able to guide & witness others doing the same!

I really love connecting with my clients and offering them a space to give back to their bodies and In turn, benefit their mental health.

A Random fact about me - I love taking cold showers it may seem a little wild but the benefits I have felt over the past year or so have been amazing. If anyone has been thinking about cold shower therapy, take this as a sign to do it! Best habit I’ve ever stuck to.
