Full transparency, the market is significantly different from what it was pre covid. From a business perspective this year has been equally and, in some ways, more challenging than 2020 and 2021.
I am at a critical point where I need to redefine or become clearer of the Torus niche/s in the market and hone in on who my ideal client is and who it is not. Once I have a clear picture, I can get very specific with how I market the business so that I attract the right people.
How does this benefit you, you may ask? More members and regulars equal more class options, more class times to choose from, more equipment, a fuller community, as teachers we can help more people, we can broaden the spectrum of offerings to beyond just classes.
