It is a time in our lives we will never forget. The months we had to spend in isolation due to a global pandemic. Who would have thought?! Although we have many reasons to feel anxious and worried, we can see this downtime as an opportunity. To focus on those things we have been putting off due to lack of time, things that will help us feel stronger and more in control, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Call me biased but I am absolutely loving seeing people in the streets getting fit, and running seems to be the top pick, likely because you can do it on your own, and you don’t need any equipment besides a good pair of runners.
